Our AC broke down recently and we had a have time finding a reputable AC company to diagnose and fix our system. Not a problem for Jamison. They came out the very next day and quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty fuse. Our technician, Ryan was very polite and professional with his work. JAMISON’S HEATING AND COOLING PULLED OUR BACON OUT OF THE FIRE. We were enjoying a 100 deg Labor Day inside with our 4-year-old, top-of-the-line Trane air conditioner set at 75 degrees when I noticed that the temp was starting to creep up in the house. To my chagrin, the air compressor was not running. Overnight, it got up to 84 deg in the house….with windows open and fans running full blast. I was scheduled for regular service that Wednesday but need a fix right away on Tuesday. I called my regular service company, but they could not come out Tuesday, so I told them that in all fairness I would be looking for someone else that could come out right away. Not their fault, they were booked solid. I looked on the Trane website for their top-tier dealers and called one that said that they were booked for a week. Then I called Jamison Heating and Cooling, another Trane top dealer. They came out at noon the same day!!! What a welcomed response!! Did yearly maintenance with Abel from Jamison AC, excellent experience as usual. Very though and explained the current condition of my AC unit and likely lifespan of the unit and potential options to consider in the future.
