- Removing and washing all filters
- Testing operations
- Cleaning out the condenser of any dirt and debris

NECESSITY PLAN
- $498 – 1 yr 1 visit 1 Wall Mount unit
- $255 for each additional wall mount unit that needs to be removed and cleaned.
- Includes:
- Complete system pump down or recovery, removing wall mount unit to disassemble and clean coils and blower wheel.
- Removing and washing all filters.
- Re-Installation of wall-mounted units.
- 5% off future system upgrade
